Privacy & Security at LEADSORBIT

LEADSORBIT is built to help businesses capture, manage, and convert leads — while keeping data protected. This page summarizes how we approach privacy, security, and responsible data use, and links to the detailed documents that support our practices.

1. Your Data Ownership

You own your data. Your contacts, leads, conversations, and automation logic remain yours.

LEADSORBIT processes your data only to provide platform functionality, support your account, and keep the platform secure.

2. How We Use Data (Plain Language)

We use data to:

  • Deliver core features (CRM, messaging, automation, reporting)
  • Provide customer support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain platform stability, prevent abuse/fraud, and improve reliability
  • Improve product performance and user experience

We do not sell customer data or contact lists.

3. AI Data Use (No Public/General Model Training)

LEADSORBIT may use AI to help automate workflows and improve user experience inside the platform.

  • We do not use customer data to train generalized, public AI models.
  • If specialized AI vendors are used, they act as sub-processors and are restricted to processing data only to provide the LEADSORBIT service.

4. Security Approach (High-Level Summary)

LEADSORBIT uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect data, such as:

  • Access controls designed to limit internal access to authorized personnel
  • Monitoring and safeguards intended to detect and reduce abuse/fraud
  • Operational controls designed to support reliability and business continuity

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Customers are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, account access hygiene, and securing connected third-party tools.

5. Sub-Processors & Platform Infrastructure Partners

To deliver core functionality, LEADSORBIT may use trusted vendors and infrastructure partners (for example: hosting, email delivery, telephony/SMS, analytics, and support tools).

Where applicable, LEADSORBIT may also use platform infrastructure/service partners such as LeadConnector LLC and/or HighLevel Inc..

6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For customers that need formal controller/processor terms, LEADSORBIT offers a Data Processing Addendum covering processing instructions, security measures, sub-processors, and data handling responsibilities.
