LEADSORBIT Policies (Billing, Refunds & Cancellations)

1. No-Trial Policy (Direct Purchase)

LEADSORBIT does not offer a free trial. Access to the platform is available only through an active paid subscription. If you'd like to evaluate LEADSORBIT before purchasing, you may request a live demo or view product walkthroughs provided by our team.

2. Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

LEADSORBIT offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only for the following plans:

  • LEADSORBIT Pro
  • Growth AI
  • Unlimited AI

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time customers (one guarantee per account/business).

What's Refundable

  • The subscription plan fee paid for the initial purchase (if requested within 14 days and approved under this policy).

What's Not Refundable

  • Setup / onboarding charges are non-refundable.
  • Usage-based charges (including but not limited to SMS, phone calls, email sending, and other metered/consumed services) are non-refundable once used.
  • Any third-party pass-through costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

After 14 Days

If we receive a cancellation or refund request after 14 days, no refund will be provided.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team and include your account email and purchase details. We may request basic verification to protect account security.

3. Cancellation Policy (Access Until Billing Date + Billing Page Routing)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (if available) or by contacting our support team.

Access Until Billing Date

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will continue to have access to LEADSORBIT until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens on the Billing Date

On your billing/renewal date, if your subscription is not renewed, your account will be placed in an inactive/billing-only state and you will be routed to the billing page to update or reactivate your subscription.

4. Data Retention & Deletion (90 Days)

If your subscription is not renewed, we retain your account data (including leads and automation-related data) for 90 days to allow reactivation. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

5. Data & Privacy Summary (Plain Language)

  • Your data stays yours: You own your contacts, leads, and customer data. LEADSORBIT processes it only to provide the service.
  • We don't sell data: We do not sell your customer data or contact lists.
  • What we collect: We store the information you enter into LEADSORBIT (such as contacts/leads and messages) because the platform needs it to function. We collect only what's necessary to provide CRM features, automation, communication tools, and reporting.
  • How we use it: We use data strictly to run LEADSORBIT (deliver features, support you, secure accounts, prevent abuse/fraud, and improve reliability). We do not use your customer data for advertising. Customer data is processed only under the customer's instructions.
  • Service providers: To deliver core features (like SMS, calls, email sending, and hosting), we may send limited data to trusted service providers acting on our behalf. They are permitted to use data only to provide these services to LEADSORBIT.
  • Retention after cancellation/non-renewal: We retain your account data for 90 days to allow reactivation; then it may be permanently deleted.
