Legal Entity: LEADSORBIT LLC ("LEADSORBIT," "we," "us," "our")

1. Overview

LEADSORBIT respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). This Policy describes how we collect and process Personal Information through our website and platform (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

2. IMPORTANT: Our Role (Controller vs Processor)

LEADSORBIT may process data in two different roles:

A) When you interact with LEADSORBIT directly (Controller)

When you visit our website, create an account, request a demo, contact support, or purchase a subscription, LEADSORBIT acts as a data controller for the Personal Information collected in those contexts.

B) When our customers use LEADSORBIT for their own leads/customers (Processor/Service Provider)

Our customers use LEADSORBIT to store and process their own leads, contacts, and communications. In those cases:

  • Our customer is the data controller/business, and
  • LEADSORBIT acts as a service provider / data processor, processing Customer End-User Data only under the customer's instructions.

If you are an end user (a lead/customer) of one of our customers, the customer's privacy notice applies to how they collect and use your information. Requests should be directed to that customer first.
