AI & Data Use at LEADSORBIT

LEADSORBIT uses AI to help businesses respond faster, automate follow-up, and reduce manual work. This page explains how AI features may process data inside the platform and our commitment to responsible data use — including that we do not use customer data to train generalized, public AI models.

1. What AI Features Do in LEADSORBIT

LEADSORBIT may offer AI-assisted features that help you:

  • Respond to leads and messages faster
  • Summarize conversations or call activity (if enabled)
  • Suggest replies, follow-ups, or workflow improvements
  • Automate routine tasks based on your settings

AI is designed to support your workflows — not replace your business judgment.

2. What Data AI May Process

Depending on which features you enable, AI may process limited data such as:

  • Account and workspace settings (to apply your rules)
  • Messages and conversation context (SMS/email/chat) to generate a response
  • Call logs or call summaries (if enabled)
  • Contact/lead fields you use in automation

We process only what is needed for the feature to work.

3. Our Commitment: No Public/General AI Model Training

We do not use customer data to train generalized, public AI models. Customer data (including your contacts/leads and your customers' information) is processed to provide the LEADSORBIT service and to perform the AI functionality you choose to enable.

4. AI Service Providers (If Used)

LEADSORBIT may use specialized third-party providers to deliver AI features. If used:

  • They act as sub-processors
  • They are restricted by contract to using data only to provide services to LEADSORBIT
  • They are not permitted to use customer data for their own unrelated purposes

5. Customer Responsibility (Review Before Sending)

AI may produce outputs that require human review. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing AI outputs before sending them to your leads/customers
  • Ensuring messaging complies with your policies and applicable laws
  • Confirming the accuracy of any factual or sensitive content
