Use this page to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information (where applicable). If you are a lead or customer of a business that uses LEADSORBIT, please contact that business directly first.

1. Who This Page Is For

This page is for individuals who want to submit a privacy-related request to LEADSORBIT LLC regarding personal information processed by LEADSORBIT in its role as a controller (for example: website inquiries, account owners, billing contacts, support requests).

If you are an end user (a lead/customer) of a business that uses LEADSORBIT, that business controls your data. In most cases, you should contact that business directly for requests.

2. Types of Requests You Can Make

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your personal information (where applicable)
  • Export your personal information (where applicable)
  • Opt out of marketing communications

In your message, include:

  • The email address associated with your account (or the email you used to contact us)
  • Your company name (if applicable)
  • The type of request (Access / Delete / Export / Correct / Opt-out)
  • Any helpful details that allow us to locate your information

4. Identity Verification

To protect privacy and prevent fraud, we may require reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing requests. Verification methods may vary depending on the sensitivity of the request.

5. Response Time

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. If your request is complex or requires additional verification, we may take additional time as permitted.

6. Requests for Customer End-User Data

If your request relates to data stored by a LEADSORBIT customer (for example: messages, appointment records, or contact details held by a business using LEADSORBIT), please contact that business directly.

If the business asks us for assistance and it is legally required and technically feasible, we may help them process the request in our role as a service provider/processor.
