LEADSORBIT Sub-processors

To deliver LEADSORBIT's core features, we use trusted third-party vendors ("sub-processors") and, where applicable, platform infrastructure partners. These providers may process limited data only to provide services to LEADSORBIT, under contractual restrictions and security obligations.

1. What is a Sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party vendor that supports LEADSORBIT by providing services such as cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tooling, and communication delivery (SMS/calls/email). Sub-processors are authorized to process data only for providing the LEADSORBIT service.

2. What We Share (Limited + Purpose-Based)

We share only the limited data required to operate the platform, for example:

  • Contact identifiers needed to send messages (e.g., phone number for SMS delivery, email address for email delivery)
  • Message payload metadata for delivery and reliability (as required)
  • Infrastructure and platform logs for performance and security monitoring

We do not sell customer data or contact lists.

3. Platform Infrastructure Partners (As Applicable)

LEADSORBIT may use platform infrastructure/service partners to support core platform functionality, which may include:

  • LeadConnector LLC — Platform infrastructure/services support
  • HighLevel Inc. — Platform infrastructure/services support

These entities may process limited data only to provide platform services and are treated as infrastructure/service providers under contract.

Below are the typical categories of sub-processors used by LEADSORBIT. Vendor names are listed once finalized and may be updated from time to time.
